These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your legal rights to use or access our services, Operating System and websites (the “Services”) and hardware products/dashcam units (“Devices”). The scope of Services and Devices are limited to those that are manufactured and/or sold and/or provided and/or offered by Cautio. Kindly read the Terms carefully prior to purchasing or using the Devices or Services. The term “you”, “your” or “yourself” or “Customer” as used in these Terms, includes (as the context may so require) (i) and (ii) as follows: (i) any person or entity who either (directly or indirectly) purchases/consumes the Devices and/or Services, or (b) uses or access’ or gains access to the Devices and/or Services, and (ii) the following “Covered Parties”: (a) any personnel or individual responsible for the operation, maintenance and/or driving of the Fleet, and/or (b) your consumers or clients or end user(s), as the context may so require. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Cautio (“Agreement”) and any use or access or purchase of the Services and/or Devices, signify your unconditional acknowledgement and assents to the terms and conditions of use, set forth below. Cautio and you, are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
